Library opens new chapter at WellFully

Recently, WellFully has been added to Rapid City Public Library's newest program to extend its reach beyond its building limits with the introduction of the Rapid City Bookmobile, a truck filled with books from the library that can be taken and set up anywhere.

Every other Friday afternoon from 4-5:30pm, the Bookmobile can be found at WellFully Premier Adolescent Care Center (22 Waterloo St.).

While the youth of WellFully will be able to take advantage of of the mobile library service, the bookmobile's presence will be open to anyone in the community. Visitors of the Bookmobile will find many of the same services as the downtown location. You can sign up for a library card; check out items (including books, videos, audio books, board games, puzzles, and more); and receive notary services.

For more information about the Bookmobile, and the schedule of its other stops around Rapid City, you may go to https://rapidcitylibrary.org/bookmobile.

The topic “Library opens new chapter at WellFully” reflects a positive step toward community growth, learning, and innovation. A modern library space encourages knowledge sharing, creativity, and personal development for people of all ages. By integrating new resources and a welcoming environment, WellFully is creating opportunities for education and inspiration. In a similar way, embroidery digitizing services open new creative chapters for businesses and designers by converting ideas into precise, stitch-ready designs. Both initiatives focus on innovation, accessibility, and quality, proving that thoughtful development can empower communities and creative industries alike.

I recently visited the Bookmobile at WellFully and was impressed by how it brings the library experience straight to the community. It’s wonderful to see a mobile service offering not just books, but also games and notary services. This initiative makes access to educational and recreational resources so much easier, especially for those who may not be able to visit the main library. I enjoyed browsing through the collection and found a great new puzzle to try. For anyone looking for additional fun, I’d also suggest giving Block Blast a try-an entertaining way to unwind after some reading or gaming.
