For over 30 years, WellFully Premier Adolescent Care Center has been a trusted lifeline for youth and families—providing critical support through addiction recovery, behavioral health, and psychiatric residential care. Thousands of lives have been transformed through our comprehensive counseling, medical, and educational services.

Programs & Services
Addiction Recovery Programs
WellFully offers both inpatient and outpatient care for youth ages 11–17 struggling with substance use in South Dakota.
Through structured residential and afterschool programs, teens build healthy coping skills, make positive life choices, and receive ongoing support for long-term success.
Crisis Care Center
Is South Dakota’s only crisis care facility dedicated to middle and high school-aged youth experiencing emotional distress or suicidal thoughts. We provide immediate, short-term support in a safe, therapeutic environment to help stabilize youth and connect them with ongoing care.
Psychiatric Treatment Program
We offer structured, inpatient care for teen girls experiencing persistent behavioral, emotional, or psychiatric issues, supporting their recovery in a safe, therapeutic environment.
