Congratulations to Spencer Ray for being named WellFully’s September Employee of the Month

Updated: Jan 4, 2023

Spencer came to WellFully in June of 2022 as a Crisis Care Specialist in the newly established Adolescent Crisis Care Center.

“Spencer is an all-around gem of Aa human being,” said one nomination. “He is one of the hardest-working staff members, not just in the Crisis Center, but throughout WellFully.”

Since joining WellFully, his presence has been felt throughout the WellFully programs. Spencer was instrumental in developing and teaching Creek Freaks where LAB students learned how to keep our waterways healthy and clean by getting their hands dirty.

He also took WellFully’s bicycle collection by the handlebars by getting new bikes donated, teaching the kids how to maintain them, and organizing bike rides around town for the kids.

Another nomination commented that “Spencer has only worked at WellFully a few months, but his heart is already invested in the youth and staff here. He is consistently kind, patient, gentle, and willing to help anyone and everyone.”
