Lidia Bunce named August Employee of the Month!

Congratulations to Lidia Bunce for being named WellFully’s August Employee of the Month.

Lidia came to WellFully in December 2021 as a Youth Development Specialist, with most of her time spent working on the Addiction Recovery Unit (ARU).

Lidia is really great with the kids and handles her job like a champ!. She has an easy rapport with the kids and ability to quickly gain their respect. Working well with the kids and other staff just seems to come natural to her.

Even before becoming a Youth Care Staff Trainer in June, she has always been there to step up when other staff need help or have questions.
