YDS Maggie Houston named February Employee of the Month

The compliments just kept coming when it came to nominating Maggie Houston for the honor of Employee of the Month.

Maggie has grown tremendously in the past year that she's been here. With a kind and peaceful presence, she has an incredible knack for balancing holding clients accountable while showing them all compassion, encouraging each and every one of them to be themselves.

She takes pride in being knowledgeable in her job duties, and is always creating a therapeutic and positive environment for our clients. One of her coworkers commented, "She always asks questions. She understands the kids and what they say. Maggie is always willing and able to deescalate situations when they pop up, haandling herself well in crisis situations.
